★Cancellations

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

As a general rule, we only accept returns and refunds in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items. If you wish to return an item,

please contact us within 7 days of its arrival. We cannot accept returns if you send the item back without prior notification. Please note that we cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges after this period.

We cannot accept returns of items that have been used or opened (except if the item is found to be defective after opening), or items that have been scratched or soiled due to customer negligence.
