★Cancellations

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

★Return Policy

As a general rule, we only accept returns and refunds in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items. If you wish to return an item,

please contact us within 7 days of its arrival. We cannot accept returns if you send the item back without prior notification. Please note that we cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges after this period.

We cannot accept returns of items that have been used or opened (except if the item is found to be defective after opening), or items that have been scratched or soiled due to customer negligence.

★We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

・Returns without prior notification or items returned more than 8 days after delivery

・Items opened by the customer (except if the item is found to be defective after opening)

・Items used by the customer

・Items soiled or damaged by the customer

・Underwear or masks that have been tried on

・Items that have been washed, repaired, dry-cleaned, etc. after delivery

・If accessories or other items included with the product are soiled, damaged, lost, or discarded

・Special offer items such as sale items, sets, and lucky bags

・If multiple sizes or colors are purchased for the purpose of returning them

・Items that have been altered to fit

 ★Return Procedure

We do not accept returns without prior notification.
After you contact us, we will provide instructions and the return address.

 ★Refund Amount

For returns due to customer convenience, the refund will be for the product price excluding shipping costs.

If you did not pay shipping costs, the amount may be deducted from the product price to be refunded.

※For customers who paid by credit card, the refund will be processed by re-billing or canceling the charge. (Depending on the credit card company's billing cycle and processing date/time, the refund may be reflected in the following month.)

※Please note that if the total purchase amount of the returned items falls below 10,000 yen, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

※For defective items, we will cover the shipping costs.

★Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are only accepted if you contact us within 7 days of the item's arrival (limited to unused items with tags attached). For size exchanges or other changes due to customer convenience, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

Please note that exchanges will not be accepted if the item has been worn or used, the packaging is damaged, or accessories are lost.

Please be sure to check that the items you received match your order. Although we take every precaution when shipping items, we will accept returns if the item is damaged during delivery, defective, or different from what you ordered. Please contact us within 7 days of the item's arrival. After checking our inventory, we will replace it with a new or equivalent item.
