1. About orders

How to check your order details

When you complete your order, please check the details in the "Order Confirmation Email" sent to the email address you entered. Customers who are registered as members can also check the details from "My Page".

★Change or add to your order

As a general rule, we do not accept changes to the contents of a completed order (adding products, changing the color or size, or changing to a different product). Before completing your order, please make sure that there are no errors in the order details, such as the color, size, and quantity.

2. Payment

Our store accepts credit cards, convenience store prepayment , and Pay-easy .

Credit card

We accept the following cards. All card companies allow lump-sum payments.

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email to thank you for your order and to let you know the total amount to be paid.

Generally, payments are made in one lump sum only.
To protect personal information, we do not provide credit card receipts.

We use a security system called SSL, which encrypts and transmits card numbers.

3. About the delivery note

In order to conserve environmental resources and protect your personal information, we have stopped including a "delivery note" with your order. If you would like a delivery note (purchase details), please write "Delivery note requested" in the message field when purchasing the product. We will send you a delivery note enclosed with the product.

4. Regarding receipts

If you would like a receipt, please write "I would like a receipt" in the message field when purchasing the product. If there is any information you would like to have written on the receipt, such as the recipient's name, please let us know. We will send you a receipt enclosed with the product.

5. About shipping, shipping fees and delivery estimates

Delivery of products is limited to within Japan. (We do not deliver to overseas destinations.)

Courier service and shipping charges

We will deliver your order by mail and courier.

Mail shipping fee: 250 yen nationwide

Delivery fee: 850 yen nationwide

Free shipping for purchases totaling 10,000 yen or more.

About estimated delivery date

Orders placed by the day before our store's business day will be shipped as soon as the product is ready.

6. Regarding returns

About cancellations

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.

Return policy

In principle, we only accept returns and refunds for reasons such as product defects or incorrect shipment.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will not be able to accommodate requests for returns or exchanges if you send the product without contacting us in advance. Please understand that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after this date.

We cannot accept returns on products that have been used even once, products that have been opened (except in cases where the product is found to be defective after opening), or products that have been damaged or soiled through the customer's fault.

We will not accept returns for the following reasons.

・Returns or cancellations without prior notice ・Products delivered more than 8 days ago

- Products that have been opened by the customer (excluding cases where the product is found to be defective after opening)

・Products used by customers

・Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer

・Undergarments and masks that you have tried on

・Products that have been washed, repaired, cleaned, etc. after delivery

・If the product accessories are soiled, damaged, lost or discarded

・Specially planned products such as sales, set products, and lucky bags

- If you purchase multiple items in different sizes or colors with the intention of returning them

・Size adjustment products

Returns without notification will not be accepted.
Once you contact us, we will provide you with instructions and a return address.

About the return amount

If you return the product for your own reasons, the refund will be the product price excluding shipping costs.

If you have not paid the shipping fee, we may deduct it from the product price to be refunded.

*Refunds for customers who paid by credit card will be processed by reissuing or canceling the bill. (Depending on the card company's closing date and the card processing date and time, the change may not be made until the following month.)

*Please note that if the total purchase price of the returned items falls below 10,000 yen, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

*We will cover the shipping costs for defective products.

Size exchange

If you wish to exchange a size or change a product, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges if the item has been worn or used, if the packaging is damaged, or if any accessories are missing.

When you receive your product, please make sure that you have ordered the correct product. We take every precaution when shipping products, but in the unlikely event that the product is damaged during delivery, is defective, or is different from the product you ordered, we will accept returns. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will check our inventory and exchange it for a new or equivalent product.
